Withdraw money at any time

Especially in Germany - but also partly in other European countries - you can withdraw money practically anywhere with the CardDuo girocard and of course also pay. There are currently around 60,000 ATMs in Germany and around 770,000 terminals.


Can I make ATM cash withdrawals for free?

In addition to the withdrawals subject to costs, there is the possibility of withdrawing cash free of charge*. Some of the following shops offer this service:

*Please note: We do not guarantee that cash withdrawals will be free of charge! This differs from merchant to merchant. If the withdrawal from the merchant is not settled with the purchase but separately as a cash withdrawal, the usual fees for the cash withdrawal will be charged, which you can find in the price list.


How does a free cash withdrawal work?

When checking out after shopping at the above stores, simply say that you would like to withdraw money. If the total amount of your purchases exceeds a minimum amount of 20 Euros, you can withdraw up to 200 Euros.
